New cast announced for major UK tour of MAMMA MIA!
The sensational feel-good musical MAMMA MIA!, which is currently touring the UK, has announced its new cast.
Joining the tour are Lauren Woolf (Here and Now, UK Tour) as Rosie, Richard Taylor Woods (Tina! The Tina Turner Musical, UK Tour) as Sam Carmichael, Simon Victor (Double Indemnity, UK tour) as Bill Austin, Arvid Larsen (Phantom Of The Opera, European & Middle Eastern Tour) as Harry Bright, Hazel Baldwin (Les Miserables, West End) as Sophie Sheridan, Samuel George Downey (professional debut) as Sky, Rachel Seirian (Clueless, West End) as Ali, Lex Richardson (professional debut) as Lisa, Ashton Sharp (Dick Whittington, Lighthouse Poole) as Pepper, and Albert Green (Here and Now, UK tour) as Eddie.
Also joining the cast are Rubi-mai Bown (professional debut), Georgia Gillam (Tina! The Tina Turner Musical, UK Tour/Zurich) , Bethany Lythgoe (Starlight Express, Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre), Sullivan Martin (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, UK tour), Adam Stickler (Wicked, UK tour), and Luke Stone (Starlight Express, Bochum).
Jenn Griffin (Donna Sheridan), Ashleigh Jones (Alternate Donna Sheridan), Sarah Earnshaw (Tanya) continue in their roles, alongside Richard Vorster (Father Alexander), Brook Blackford-Jenkins, James Brice, Aled Davies, Ryan Ebbrell, Marisa Harris, Jay Jobarteh, Sarah McFarlane, Rachel Oates, Megan Speirs and Maisy Wignall who complete the cast.
MAMMA MIA! is currently playing at Leeds Grand Theatre until 27 June, where it continues to tour to Norwich, Eastbourne, and Bournemouth.
The new cast will join from King’s Theatre Glasgow (13 – 29 August) before playing Belfast, Sheffield, Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Wolverhampton, Bradford, Cardiff, Liverpool, and Plymouth.
