Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch announces casting for THE SECRET DIARY OF ADRIAN MOLE AGED 13 ¾THE MUSICAL

The Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch have announced the full cast and creative team for the upcoming revival of The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 ¾ -The Musical, running from 28 April-21 May.

Written by Pippa Cleary and Jake Brunger, the cast will be led by Be More Chill star James Hameed as Adrian Mole, alongside Ben Williamson-Jones as Barry, Claire Storey as Grandma, Dominic Gee-Burch as Mr Lucas/Mr Scruton. 

Completing the cast are Lauryn Redding as Doreen/Miss Elf, Luke Thornton as Nigel, Sally Cheng as Pandora, Sioned Saunders as Pauline Mole, Tom Self as Bert and Steve Simmonds as George Mole. 

The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 ¾ - The Musical is an outrageously funny tale of teenage angst and unrequited love, in one of the most popular stories of all time. 

The musical has direction by Douglas Rintoul, musical direction by Tom Self, choreography by Sundeep Saini, set and costume design by Alfie Heywood, lighting by Sherry Coenen and sound by Chris Murray.
