New booking period announced for MATILDA THE MUSICAL in the West End

A new booking period has been announced for the Royal Shakespeare Company’s London production of Matilda The Musical, now booking through to 26 May 2024.

The show has recently won its 101st award and will be taking part in BBC1’s Big Night at the Musicals at Manchester’s AO Arena on 27 February.

The two-time BAFTA nominated Netflix film is due for release digitally today and will be available on Netflix UK this summer.

The current adult cast includes: Lauren Byrne as Miss Honey, Rakesh Boury and Amy Ellen Richardson as Mr and Mrs Wormwood respectively, Elliot Harper as Miss Trunchbull and Landi Oshinowo as Mrs Phelps.

Completing the adult cast are Felipe Bejarano, Angeline Bell, Oliver Bingham, Liberty Buckland, Thea Bunting, Michael Gardiner, Aaron Jenkins, Kate Kenrick, Ben Kerr, Sam Lathwood, Connor Lewis, Diante Lodge, Kira McPherson, Gemma Scholes, Alistair So and James Wolstenholme.

Joining the cast from 14 March will be Sophia Goodman, Victoria Alsina, Laurel Sumberg and Heidi Williams in the title role and Sekhani Dumezweni, Aiden Oti and Joseph Sharpe in the role of Bruce.
