Major revival of Philip Ridley’s THE PITCHFORK DISNEY to play at King’s Head Theatre
A major revival of Philip Ridley’s seminal work The Pitchfork Disney has been announced to play at London’s King’s Head Theatre from 27 August-4 October.
Directed by Lidless Theatre’s Co-Artistic Director Max Harrison, the production will be designed by Kit Hinchliffe (Co-Artistic Director of Lidless Theatre), with lighting by Ben Jacobs (2025 Olivier Award Winner for Oliver!), and sound by Sam Glossop.

And in the hands of the truly remarkable theatre company, Lidless Theatre, who have done several of my plays, including Leaves of Glass at the Park last year, and Tender Napalm at the King's Head in 2021. People often ask me what The Pitchfork Disney is about. I tell them it's about fear. And fear. And fear. And fear. And fear. It seems an apt time to be doing the play.”
