A new semi-immersive production of Alan Parker’s Bugsy Malone will run at the Malthouse Theatre in Canterbury from 5-8 August, starring Oliver Award-winning Game of Thrones actor Kerry Ingram as Tallulah.

The Canterbury venue will be transformed into Fat Sam’s Grand Slam for the production, which will feature a cast of more than 30 of Kent’s finest young emerging performers, and will include a spectacular pre-show of live music, dance and 1920s frivolity.

Starring alongside Kerry Ingram, the title role will shared by Alfie Boylan and Tyler Butcher, Blousey shared by Immi Alsop and Lexi Hunt, and Fizzy shared by Arianna Lock and Sienna Wick.

The ensemble includes Ella-Mia Dexter, Maddison Gault, Maxwell Speller, Benjamin Colley, Kerryn Innes, Amy Hooper Mitchell, Scarlett Sedgwick, Katie Parkinson, Ayla Fahie and Eloise Barnes. Full casting will be announced in due course.

Bugsy Malone has a book by Alan Parker, with music and lyrics by Paul Williams, and will be directed by Joseph Hodges, with choreography by Jay Gardner, musical direction by Paul Stewart, and sound by Phil Wilson.
