HIGH SCHOOL REBELLION to play at Crazy Coqs
Mark Robert Petty Presents… The West End Sings… High School Rebellion is set to arrive at The Crazy Coqs, Brasserie Zédel, this Sunday (26 July), bringing together some of the West End’s finest performers for an exhilarating celebration of musical theatre’s greatest high school rebels, outsiders and rule-breakers.
Hosted by producer Petty, with musical direction by Tom Arnold, the latest instalment in the acclaimed The West End Sings… concert series features songs from Grease, Mean Girls, Heathers, Hairspray, High School Musical, Footloose, Dear Evan Hansen, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Wicked, Bring It On, Be More Chill, The Prom, Carrie, 13, The Kids from Fame and many more.
The cast includes: Lizzie Bea (Hairspray, Les Misérables, Sister Act), Nicholas Carter (Les Misérables), Samantha Dorsey (Les Misérables), Georgia Lennon (An Officer and a Gentleman, The Osmonds Musical), and Alex Lodge (The Producers, The Time Traveller’s Wife, The Book of Mormon, Kiss Me, Kate)
Speaking about the concert, producer and host Mark Robert Petty said: “School is something we’ve all experienced, and musical theatre has given us some of its most memorable characters through those stories.
