Full casting announced for OH, MARY! joining Lolly Adefope from 28 September 2026
The full cast who will be joining Lolly Adefope in OH, MARY! at the Trafalgar Theatre from 28 September - 5 December have been announced.
Joining Adefope, who makes her West End debut as Mary Todd Lincoln, will be Lucy Frederick (A Christmas Carole, Southend Palace Theatre) as Mary’s Chaperone, J.R. Ballantyne (Curtains, West End/UK tour) as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant, with Vinnie Heaven (Richard II, Bridge Theatre) as Mary’s Teacher, and Syrus Lowe (Best of Enemies, Young Vic/West End) as Mary’s Husband.
The Olivier and Tony Award-winning smash hit comedy OH, MARY! is now booking until 2 January 2027.
OH, MARY! currently stars Jinkx Monsoon as Mary Todd Lincoln, alongside Scott Karim as Mary’s Husband, Dino Fetscher as Mary’s Teacher, Kate O'Donnell as Mary’s Chaperone and Oliver Stockley as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant. This cast’s final performance will be 26 September.
OH, MARY! is a dark comedy about a miserable, suffocated Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. Unrequited yearning, alcoholism, and suppressed desires abound in this 80-minute one-act play that finally examines the forgotten life and dreams of Mrs. Lincoln, through the lens of an idiot (playwright Cole Escola).
