Full cast announced for world premiere of HUNGER GAMES: ON STAGE

The full company for the first-ever stage adaptation of Suzanne Collins’s internationally acclaimed book The Hunger Games and Lionsgate’s hit motion picture of the same name has been revealed today.

The company includes the previously announced Mia Carragher as Katniss Everdeen, alongside Euan Garrett (Quadrophenia A Mod Ballet, Sadler’s Wells) as Peeta Mellark, Joshua Lacey (London Tide, National Theatre) as Haymitch Abernathy, Tristan Waterson (Dear England, National Theatre) as Gale Hawthorne, Tamsin Carroll (2:22 A Ghost Story, West End) as Effie Trinket, Stavros Demetraki (Edward II, RSC) as Caesar Flickerman, Nathan Ives-Moiba (Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club, West End) as Cinna/Mayor, Sophia Ally (The Hills of California, West End/Broadway) as Prim Everdeen/Ensemble, and Ruth Everett (The Lower Depths, Arcola Theatre) as Mrs. Everdeen/Ensemble.

The cast is completed by Aiya Agustin as Tribute - Rue, Geo Bailey (Swing), Alexandra Barredo (Ensemble), Imogen Brooke (Ensemble), Liana Cottrill as Tribute - Clove, Kyerron Dixon-Bassey (Swing), Lewis Easter as Tribute - Marvel, Felix Garcia Guyer as Chief of Staff/Ensemble/Fight Captain, Marcellus Hill as Tribute - Thresh, Matthew Ives (Swing & Swing Captain) Jessica Lee as Tribute - Tippet, Mariana Lewis as Tribute - Glimmer, Kiera Milward (Swing), Felipe Pacheo as Tribute - Cato/Fight Captain, Redmond Rance as Tribute - Stele, Nathanael Saleh (Swing), Mark Samaras as Tribute - Drove, Artemis Stamouli as Tribute - Fossa/Movement Captain, and Rory Toms as Tribute – Fila.

Performances for this highly-anticipated production will begin at the Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre on 20 October 2025.

The state-of-the-art Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre is a brand-new 1,200 seat purpose-built, dynamic theatre-in-the-round venue designed especially to host this production. The theatre, which is situated right in the heart of London’s vibrant Canary Wharf will put spectators into the heart of the action.

Conor McPherson has adapted the first book from Suzanne Collins’s epic series and the first film from Lionsgate’s iconic film franchise for this live theatrical production. The production will be helmed by renowned director Matthew Dunster, with a world-class creative team who will bring the show to breathtaking life: set designer Miriam Buether, costume designer Moi Tran, choreographer Charlotte Broom, lighting designer Lucy Carter, sound designer Ian Dickinson for Autograph, video designer Tal Rosner, illusions designer Chris Fisher, fight director Kev McCurdy, performer flying by Suspended Illusions, arranger, musical director and additional compositions by James Maloney, and casting director Amy Ball CDG.
