Full cast announced for UK premiere of ALREADY PERFECT at King’s Head Theatre
Full casting has been announced for the UK premiere of Levi Kreis’ new musical Already Perfect, which plays at London’s King’s Head Theatre from 9 January-15 February.
Joining Tony Award winner Levi Kreis (Million Dollar Quartet, Broadway) as Levi in the cast will be Killian Thomas Lefevre (Dear Evan Hansen, Bat Out of Hell) as Matthew, and Yiftach ‘Iffy’ Mizrahi (From Here To Eternity, Fame) as Ben in this searing and uplifting new musical.
As his Broadway show is about to be filmed, Levi unravels in his dressing room, ready to end it all. When his sponsor bursts in, the confrontation opens a door to the impossible: Levi’s brash younger self steps out. Past and present collide in a theatrical self-reckoning, powered by a score that soars from gospel tambourine to tender ballad. Honest, funny, and defiantly hopeful, Already Perfect asks what it takes to make peace with your story - landing on one radical truth: there’s nothing to prove; you’re already perfect.
The creative team includes additional book writer and director Dave Solomon, music supervisor/keys, arranger and orchestrator Matthew Antonio Perri, movement director Jennifer Rooney, set designer Jason Ardizzone-West, sound designer Jessica Paz, lighting designer Ian Scott, costume designer Jason Antone, and casting by Will Burton for Grindrod Burton.
