Exeter Northcott announces full casting for revival of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS
Full casting has been announced for Exeter Northcott’s anticipated revival of the iconic stage musical Little Shop of Horrors, which plays at the venue from 1-17 October before visiting Poole and Coventry.
The cast will be led by talented up-and-comer Scott McClure (Rebecca, Charing Cross Theatre) as Seymour, alongside an accomplished Leigh Quinn (The Government Inspector, Chichester Festival Theatre) as Audrey.
Exeter Northcott Creative Director Martin Berry said: “I am utterly delighted to be working with Leigh and Scott in the leading roles of Audrey and Seymour in this major new production of the iconic Little Shop of Horrors. Leigh brings a wealth of experience from acclaimed productions while Scott has already proved himself to be an emerging talent. Finding the right Audrey and Seymour is absolutely vital to the delivery of this show of course, and we have secured two of the very best. Together, I know they're going to be absolutely magical.”
The man-eating plant Audrey II will be played by powerhouse vocalist Dashaun Vegas (Guys and Dolls, Bridge Theatre), alongside Ross Clifton (Hairspray, UK tour) as dentist Orin Scrivello, Andrew Whitehead (The Book Thief, Bolton Octagon) as Mr Mushnik, Laura Buhagiar (CryBaby The Musical, UK premiere) as Ronnete, Jessica Ncube (Rock & Roll Man, UK tour) as Chiffon, and Jodie Micciché (Merry Wives of Windsor, UK tour) as Crystal, with Grace Hull (Horrible Histories – The Concert Tour 2026) as a member of the professional ensemble.
Marking the first full-scale musical made in Exeter in more than 20 years, the show’s professional cast will be supported by a home-grown ensemble of community members, auditioned in June 2026 after an open call out.
A skilled creative team will be led by director Martin Berry, and choreographer Leanne Pinder.
