Bridge Theatre Podcast returns for series two with special look behind the scenes of INTO THE WOODS

London Theatre Company has announced the return of the Bridge Theatre Podcast for a second series, launching a special mini-series dedicated to The Bridge’s current production of Into The Woods.

Presented by Director of Marketing and Audiences at The Bridge, Pauline Fallowell, the new season takes audiences behind the scenes of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s much-loved musical – one of the theatre's most ambitious productions to date.

Recorded and filmed entirely on location at The Bridge, the series offers exclusive access to the designers, technicians and creatives shaping the world of Into The Woods — exploring how the show is built, lit, staged and brought to life night after night.

Pauline Fallowell said: “When we launched the first series of the Bridge Theatre Podcast, it was about opening up the building and celebrating the people who make theatre happen. With this special Into The Woods series, we’re continuing that journey. There’s an extraordinary level of craft in every department — from design and lighting to music and stage management — and this series shines a light on the creativity and collaboration that audiences don’t always get to see.”

Series two builds on the success of the first series, which featured conversations with actor David Moorst, composer Grant Olding and choreographer Arlene Phillips, offering audiences fascinating insight into the craft and collaboration behind theatre making at The Bridge.
