Arts Theatre Cambridge announces principal cast for panto JACK AND THE BEANSTALK

The Arts Theatre Cambridge has announce the principal cast for this year’s spectacular Christmas pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk, which plays from 27 November - 3 January.

The cast includes the UK Pantomime Award-winning Matt Crosby, who returns for his 21st panto in Cambridge, as Dame Trott; fellow UK Pantomime Award winner Steven Roberts also returns to star as Jack Trott, marking his fourth Arts Theatre pantomime; actress, comic artist and  writer Jessica Martin (9 to 5 the Musical, UK tour) as the evil Fleshcreep; Zweyla Michell Dos Santos (A World Elsewhere, Shakespeare’s Globe) as Princess Jilly; Emma Williams (Top Hat, UK tour) as Fairy Sunshine; and the returning Stuart Simons as Merlin the Wizard.

The Arts Theatre Cambridge won ‘Best Pantomime (550-900 seats)’ at the 2026 UK  Pantomime Awards for the 2025/26 pantomime Sleeping Beauty.

Written by Chris Jarvis, Jack and the Beanstalk is directed and choreographed by Kevan Allen, marking his directorial debut for The Arts Theatre after being the  resident choreographer for over a decade.
