AJ & Curtis Pritchard to star in Leamington Spa pantomime CINDERELLA
Royal Spa Centre has announced that dazzling dance duo AJ and Curtis Pritchard will lead the cast of this year’s magical family pantomime in Leamington Spa, Cinderella, from 4 December 2026 - 3 January 2027.
They will perform their critically acclaimed roles of the dashing Prince Charming and Dandini this festive season.
Well-known for their many television appearances, AJ and Curtis have starred together in Hollyoaks and Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, where AJ was crowned a winner in 2022. Most recently, they toured the UK in Come What May, a spectacular Moulin Rouge tribute show, showcasing their exceptional dance talent and infectious stage presence.
AJ began dancing at the age of 12, going on to represent Great Britain around the world with his partner Chloe Hewitt. After making it to the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2013, he joined the line-up of professional’s on Strictly Come Dancing and was also seen on the small screen in many shows including I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, Hunted and Celebrity MasterChef.
Younger brother, Curtis, former Dancing with the Stars Ireland professional dancer, shot to fame when he made it to the final of the hit show Love Island in 2019. Since then, he has been on our screens in shows such as The Greatest Dancer, Celebs Go Dating: The Mansion, RuPaul’s Drag Race UK and most recently in Love Island: All Stars.
No strangers to pantomime, this will be AJ and Curtis’s sixth appearance in Cinderella with Imagine Theatre, with Wales Online hailing them as “naturals in the world of panto”. The brothers are delighted to be returning to the stage this Christmas.
AJ said: “I absolutely love performing in Cinderella, and my favourite moment has to be that very first entrance on stage, when you see the audience’s faces for the first time. Imagine Theatre has such a long and proud history of bringing pantomime to the Royal Spa Centre, and it’s a real pleasure to be part of that tradition this year.”
Curtis added: “I get to have a lot of fun playing Dandini because he’s right at the heart of the action and the comedy. Each time I play the role it’s slightly different — although I usually end up getting a custard pie in the face at some point!”
